The UCDPD Communication Center is staffed 24 hours a day; seven days a week by dedicated public safety dispatchers and supervisors who are certified by the Commission on Police Officer Standards and Training (POST).

The Communications Center manages police and fire communications for the UC Davis campus and the UC Davis Health System located in Sacramento.
We serve as the critical link between the University community and all public safety emergency and non-emergency responders. Our POST-certified dispatchers are committed to obtaining and disseminating pertinent information to help protect life, property, and the environment. We pride ourselves in providing the community with the highest level of service.
Emergency Call List Update
The Communication Center maintains contact information for all campus units and departments. Every year, we request that each unit and department review its emergency call out list for accuracy.
