Law enforcement officers from across California gathered at UC Davis to honor 27 fallen K-9 officers whose names were added to the Faithful Partners Memorial.
UC Davis Police Department celebrated the birthdays of K-9 Officers Cali and Leia with a special campus event to recognize the K-9 team’s role in community engagement and public safety.
There is a new four-legged member of the CORE team, and her focus is on mental health and community engagement. Cali, a 14-month-old Labrador retriever, is inspiring similar programs elsewhere.
