VIP Mobility Service
Operated as an extension of the UC Davis Police Department’s Aggie Host Security Safe Ride Program, the VIP Mobility Service operates 7 days a week, 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight.
The service provides wheelchair capable rides to students, staff, and faculty who have approved accommodations from either the Student Disability Center (SDC) or the Disability Management Service (DMS) Office.
Hours of Operation
On-campus, to another on-campus location:
7 days a week
6:00 a.m. — 12 midnight
On-campus, to residential addresses in the city of Davis:
7 days a week
8 p.m. — 12 midnight
All requests outside of operating hours or without the approved accommodations will be referred to the Mobility Assistance Shuttle (MAS), operated by Transportation Services.
VIP Mobility Requests can be submitted in three ways:
- Through the Downtowner app, available on iOS and Android
- By calling Safe Ride Dispatch at 530-754-COPS (2677)
