Jeanne Clery Act Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 is part of the Higher Education Act. The goal of the Clery Act is to ensure students, prospective students, parents and employees have access to accurate information about crimes committed on campus and campus security procedures.

Crime Information

The UC Davis Police Department provides real time and historical information as it relates to crime and security related incidents at the Davis and Sacramento campuses in order to keep our campus community informed.


UC Davis utilizes WarnMe - a mass notification system - in the event of emergencies. Crime alerts are sent via the UC Davis email service and text message.
