VIP Mobility Service

Operated as an extension of the UC Davis Police Department’s Aggie Host Security Safe Ride Program, the VIP Mobility Service operates Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 12 midnight.

The service provides wheelchair capable rides to students, staff, and faculty who have approved accommodations from either the Student Disability Center (SDC) or the Disability Management Service (DMS) Office AND who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Are requesting a wheelchair accessible ride from one on campus location to another on campus location
• Are requesting a ride with a pick up time between 6:30 p.m. and midnight
• Are requesting a ride from one on campus location to a residential address within the City of Davis between 8pm and midnight
• Are requesting a ride with a pick up or drop off location that is considered on campus but outside of core campus:
  • West Village, The Green, Cuarto, Orchard Park, or Research Park

All requests not meeting this criteria will be referred to TAPS Mobility Assistance Shuttle (MAS).
