A crime has occurred that does not meet CLERY timely warning criteria, but due to the lack of suspect identity, it is necessary to notify the community.

SUMMARY OF CRIME | INCIDENT

** UPDATE: SUSPECT IN CUSTODY **

On 08/26/2024, at approximately 9:02 a.m., a suspect was spotted masturbating between a tree and shrubs near the walkway of Aggie Lane, between Cottage Circle and B Street Bikeway. The suspect fled the area before the police arrived. No one was approached or injured.

This incident is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the UC Davis Police Department at 530-754-COPS (2677).

Suspect: Male adult, medium complexion, 25 years old, with short, dark brown or black hair, 5'07" to 5'08" tall, weighing 140 lbs., and a thin build. He was wearing a baggy white T-shirt and faded blue jeans.
