WHAT IS THIS NOTICE
A crime has occurred that does not meet CLERY timely warning criteria, but it is necessary to notify the community due to lack of suspect identity.

400 Howard Way (North Entry Parking Structure) / 246.3(b) PC – Negligent Discharge of BB Gun
SUMMARY OF CRIME/INCIDENT
On 5/29/2022 at approximately 8:58 PM, Victim was in the parking structure when the occupant(s) of a gray convertible, passing on the 1st level ramp, shot at the victim with a BB gun. The victim was struck in the face and declined medical attention.
Suspect: 3 to 4 teenagers, white male juveniles
Vehicle: Gray Convertible
